The challenge

Dispatchers assigned deliveries by phone and tracked progress in shared spreadsheets. Customers had no delivery updates, and managers had no reliable data on driver performance.

What we built

We built a web dashboard for dispatchers with live vehicle locations and drag-and-drop job assignment, plus a driver app for route guidance, proof of delivery photos and customer SMS updates.

Results

• Daily dispatch planning cut from 2 hours to about 30 minutes
• Customer “where is my order” calls down by roughly half
• Proof of delivery for every drop, stored and searchable

The challenge

Appointments were taken by phone only, reception staff were overloaded, and missed appointments were costing each branch several hours of doctor time a week.

What we built

A booking site where patients choose a doctor, branch and time, with automatic SMS and email reminders, plus a staff portal for schedules, patient notes and daily reports — with role-based access for doctors and reception.

Results

• Over 60% of bookings now made online
• No-show rate reduced by around 30% after reminders went live
• Reception phone volume noticeably reduced at every branch

The challenge

The existing theme-based store was slow on mobile, hard to customise, and conversion from mobile visitors lagged well behind desktop.

What we built

We redesigned the shopping experience mobile-first and rebuilt the storefront in Next.js on top of Shopify, keeping the client's existing product and order workflows unchanged.

Results

• Mobile page load time reduced from ~4.5s to under 2s
• Mobile conversion rate up around 20% in the first quarter
• Marketing team can publish landing pages without developers

The challenge

Stock levels were tracked in multiple spreadsheets that were rarely in sync, leading to both stock-outs and over-ordering of perishable ingredients.

What we built

An internal web system covering stock movements, low-stock alerts, purchase approvals and supplier records, integrated with the client's accounting software.

Results

• One source of truth for stock across two warehouses
• Purchase approvals moved from email chains to a single workflow
• Month-end stock reconciliation reduced from days to hours

The challenge

Claims staff manually read and re-typed details from scanned forms, invoices and reports — slow, repetitive work with frequent typing errors.

What we built

A review tool that extracts key fields from uploaded documents, flags missing or inconsistent information, and lets staff confirm or correct each value before it is saved.

• Average document handling time reduced by about half
• Data-entry errors significantly reduced
• Every AI suggestion logged and reviewable for audit

The challenge

Members booked classes through a third-party tool that didn't match the brand, charged high fees and gave the studio little data about its customers.

What we built

A branded mobile app with class schedules, waitlists, membership plans, in-app payments and push reminders, plus an admin panel for studio managers.

Results

• Launched on both app stores within 11 weeks
• Most active members moved to the app within two months
• Removed per-booking fees from the previous provider
